Soils conditioner is most suited to preparing sand for lawn planting. The conditioners can also be used to rejuvenate old garden beds. Conditioner is a product that needs to be mixed into your existing sand. Because mulches and soil conditioners contain active ingredients or partially decomposed plant materials, they also contain some of the nutrients absorbed by the microorganisms and plant components. They not only act as a slow release fertiliser but also as a nutrient supply.
