Single Size Blue Metal (granite) has many applications, smaller graded sizes are commonly used with other products to make bitumen, mid range sizes are used in concrete premix and the larger sizes being used for drainage purposes. There are also many specialised applications for Blue Metal, such as using it between Geofabs to create a perched water table on a golf course or oval, and the larger Blue Metal Ballast commonly installed underneath train tracks.
