TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All prices on the website are charged in AUD.

We deliver products using our Sub-contractor's Tip trucks. Delivery costs are influenced by the size and weight of the product and your location. Exact shipping costs are calculated in the shopping cart and will be added to the order total before checkout.

Tip on front verge, or tip on driveway is the usual tipping location.
Please be aware if you require specific tipping instructions that we will do our best to tip where requested safely.
You will be responsible for any damage incurred when following your instructions on site. However, if our sub-contractor cannot access the location requested our only alternative is to then tip on the front verge or driveway.
If this is not suitable, we can return the product to our yard although this will incur the cost of the delivery fee.
Be advised we do not provide delivery 'time slots'. Our drivers work on an anytime delivery basis. We do our best to deliver your products within this time frame.
All orders must be cancelled 24 hours before delivery, no refunds will be given.
All cancelled invoices/orders will incur $25 administrative fee when orders are cancelled either for pick up or delivery (24 hours' notice must be given).

You will be provided with a shackle, lead and split pin for the trailer. Please be aware that you are responsible for any loss or damage to the trailer and will be charged a fee accordingly. A late fee will also be charged if you return the trailer outside the 2 hour time limit.
Please note that our trailer hire is only for the use of transport of our products and cannot be used for anything else.

PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY

Under the Australian Consumer Law, Soils Aint Soils is not obligated to issue a refund or replacement in cases of change of mind.
It is important to retain your proof of purchase, such as your receipt or invoice. Please be aware that a $25 administrative fee will apply to all refunds.

BULK DELIVERIES

To cancel invoices for deliveries, a 24-hour notice is required. Please note that refunds will not be issued without prior notification.

SPECIAL ORDERS

All bags, regardless of size, made up to specific orders by Soils Aint Soils. All sales/orders are final and cannot be refunded.
Products that are specially ordered cannot be returned for a refund.

REMASTONE BLOCK ORDER DELIVERIES

Remastone imposes a cancellation fee of $200 and a fee of $100 for changes to the product; these charges will ultimately be passed on to the customer.

When purchasing from Soils Aint Soils, card details are transmitted through a secure server. Card data is not hosted by Soils Aint Soils after processing.
